Privacy Policy

WristVault · Last updated 13 July 2026

WristVault is built to keep your watch collection private. It has no account, no analytics, and no tracking. Your data never leaves your device, except to sync through your own private iCloud, if you choose.

What we collect

Nothing. WristVault does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account. We have no servers that receive your information.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter (watches, photos, wear logs, service records) is stored locally on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, this data may sync across your own Apple devices through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) using your private database. This sync is between your own devices and Apple; the developer has no access to it and cannot see your collection.

Photos

Photos you add to a watch are stored on your device (and your own iCloud, if enabled). They are never uploaded to the developer or any third party.

Notifications

If you set a service reminder, WristVault schedules a local notification on your device. No notification data is sent anywhere.

Purchases

The optional one-time “Pro” unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. WristVault never sees your payment details. Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Third parties

WristVault contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Children

WristVault does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
